| 摘 要： | 阅读对于公民个体和整个社会都非常重要,阅读权利在任何文明国度都不能被忽视。但我国目前的阅读现状不容乐观。介绍了人类阅读权利的发展概况及我国公民阅读权利的现状,重点阐述了阅读的重要性。
