高校图书馆学生志愿者倦怠情绪与应对策略研究

在调研的基础上介绍了目前高校学生志愿者产生倦怠情绪的表现形式,分析了产生倦怠情绪的原因,提出了根据志愿者的专业特长、兴趣合理设置志愿者服务岗位、对志愿者进行定期的岗位培训、成立志愿者协会等应对策略,以减少志愿者倦怠情绪的发生。

Study on Strategies of Job Burnout of University Library's Student Volunteers

Based on investigation and research,this paper introduces the expressions and the causes of burnout mood of student volunteers in university library at present,and puts forward some solutions for reducing the occurrence of student volunteers' burnout mood including setting rationally up the service posts for student volunteers according to their specialties and interests,The conducting regular job training for student volunteers,and establishing volunteer association,etc.
