| 摘 要： | 统计了2000—2010年国内图书馆界有关图书馆以人为本管理的研究论文的期刊分布、年份分布及主要研究内容与观点,对人本管理的含义、图书馆人本管理的必要性、图书馆实施人本管理的措施等方面的研究成果进行了比较系统的分析,总结了10年来图书馆人本管理研究中的不足并提出了相应的建议。
