| Abstract: | The network information dissemination brings the convenience to the people,while brings some negative influences,such as the bad information,false information,information garbage,and information security issues,etc.The construction of the network information dissemination governance system based on law,virtue and technology is in favor of strengthening the management of the network information dissemination,and making the network information dissemination provide better services for the people. |
