摘    要:阐述了从众的定义及成因,分析了高校读者在利用图书馆过程中从众心理消极效应的表现,探讨了如何引导高校读者文明利用图书馆,使其从众心理发挥积极效应,构建和谐借阅环境。

Abstract:This paper expounds the definition and geneses of conformity,analyzes the representations of the negative effects of the conformity of College readers in the utilization process of the library,and probes into how to guide the college readers to use the library in a civilized way,give full play to the active effects of their conformity,and establish harmonious reading environment.
