| 摘 要： | 分析了工商管理专业现行教学计划的利弊,提出改革现行教学计划的设想是构建“从业式”课程体系和“证书式”课程体系,创建一个多样化的、灵活性的、主动式的教学模式,并将素质教育贯穿于新的课程体系中。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the advantages and disadvantages of industrial and commercial administration specialty in the current teaching plan, advances the concept of reforming the current teaching plan is to build the employment-oriented course system and certificate-oriented course system, create a teaching mode with diversity, flexibility and activity, and put the quality education into the new course system. |
