| 摘 要： | 本文在理论分析的基础上提出了一个简单而可靠的预放电参数测量系统,该系统不仅可测量电子参数,而且,不用放大器亦可测量离子参数。文中对光的参数以及电极材料对初始电子的影响也进行了研究。理论分析和实验结果相符。

| Abstract: | A simple and reliable system for measuring predischarge parameters is presented based on results obtained from theoretical analysis. The system can be used of measure not only the electron but also the ion parameters. Also presented is the effect of light parameters and electrode materials on the population of primary electrons. Theoretical results are in good agreement with those experimentally obtained. |
