摘 要: | 传统的直线制组织管理模式的思想基础是机械还原论,不能适应时代发展的要求。学习型组织是针对19世纪、20世纪组织管理的弊端,全球经济的新环境与组织管理的新要求而提出的,是更具人性的复杂性组织。学习型组织重在强调思雏方式的变革,提升系统思雏的能力,从机械观走向系统观。从简单性思维走向复杂性思雏。

Studying a Learning Organization from Views of Complexity |

Abstract: | Management patterns of traditional linear organization are being met by a challenge from complexity, and the basis of their ideas is mechanism-reductionism. A learning organization is introduced into management in order to fit in with the needs of contemporary economic growth and social development. It is a complex organization with more humanity. A learning organization stress that everyone has to change one's thinking methods. People must make the transition from mechanistic views to systematic views and from simple thinking to complex thinking. |
