| 摘 要： | 扫描电镜粉末样品制备的好坏，直接关系样品表面微观形貌的观察。样品在样品台上固定和样品表面镀膜，则是制备的关键。本实验使用火棉胶溶液做分散剂和粘接剂，对不同材料样品进行了固定，并对空气溅射的镀膜条件进行了选择。

| Abstract: | Observation of microscopic morphology on sample surface depends mainly upon whether preparation of powder sample of SEM is good or bad. The key to the preparation lies in fixation of sample on the sample table and filming of sample surface. In this experiment, the author used collodion solution as dispersing agent and binder , fixed different material sample and selected filming condition of air sputtering. |
