| Abstract: | The seaside town Blackpool is located in the northwestern England and has a long history. While the local government made the urban planning, the natural landscape and cultural heritages were well protected, and more consideration was put on the comfort to the humanity. By analyzing how it did, we can get much thoughts to help do the same work in China. |
