| 摘 要： | 桌式足球是一项新兴的休闲体育运动,它浓缩了足球的精华,集足球、台球、乒乓球等多种运动的技巧和趣味与一身,它既是健身益智的运动、又是娱乐休闲的游戏.本文结合桌式足球的具体参赛经验,探讨和论述了桌式足球运动的比赛方法、比赛特点,并探析了桌式足球的锻炼价值.

| Abstract: | The game of table football is a kind of relatively new sports for relaxation.This sport contains the essential of football,and combines the techniques and interest of several sport,such as football,billiards and table tennis.Table football is a game which can keep people fit,help people to promotementality,and is also a game for recreation and entertainment.The methods,characteristics of competition and the value of practice was mainly discussed in this paper. |
