| 摘 要： | 以加工中心为研究对象，分析了光栅尺的工作原理：综合运用WINDOWS和DOS编程方法，设计开发了基于VC 与C混合编程的并采用数字脉冲技术前向检测通道(PC机与光栅尺)及后向检测通道(PC机与数控机床)的控制软件．实现了多任务并行处理；实现了数控机床的分级变速进给运动及主轴转速的分级调整，并在此功能的基础上，实现了在线自动检测功能。

| Abstract: | The research of this paper is on machine center and develops such works. The working principle of Grating Sensor is analyzed. On the basis of VC and C, we comprehensively utilize the method of the program of WINDOWS /DOS and the numerical pulse technique to design the multitasks concurrency control software of forward channel) PC and Grating Sensor) and backward channel ( PC and NC machine tool) . The stepped control of feeding speed and rotating speed has achieved. On this, auto-measurement is obtained. |
