| Abstract: | We investigatc charactcr modules induced by Gorenstein projective modules.In particular,we give a necessary and sufficient condition for a right coherent ring to be left perfect.As an application,we characterize when the class GP of Gorenstein projective left R-modules is preenveloping. |
