套袋对黄花梨果实品质的影响

摘    要:以6年生黄花梨树为试验材料,研究了套袋对其果实品质的影响.试验结果表明:与套白色单层塑料袋和对照相比,在5月中旬黄花梨果实套双层纸袋后果面光洁度显著提高,病虫果发生率降低,着色趋于一致,果点变小、数量减少,明显改善了果实的商品外观,增加了果实硬度和维生素C的含量.尽管果实大小和可溶性固形物略有降低,但不影响果实内在品质.

Effect of Bagging on Fruit Quality of Huanghua Pear

Abstract:A 6-year-old tree of Huanghua pear variety was used for studying the effect of bagging on fruit quality of Huanghua pear in the orchard of Western Chongqing University. The results showed that double-layer paper bag treatment, compared to white single-layer film bag treatment and control treatment, significantly improved the index of fruit brightness and cleanness, decreased the incidence of diseases and pests, maintained the same changing trend of fruit coloration,reduced the dot diameter and density, increased the fruit firmness and content of Vitamin C in the mid-may. Though average fruit weight and soluble solids content appeared a little decreasing trend, but it had no effect on the fruit interior quality.
