微乳液法合成纳米氧化锌及表征

摘    要:以无机盐为原料,采用微乳液法制备纳米氧化锌粉体,研究了微乳液反应条件及反应后处理等对纳米氧化锌粉体质昔的影响.以差热-热重综合分析(TG-DTA)、X-射线衍射(NRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等分析手段对所制纳米氧化锌粉体的结构、粒度、形貌、成分等进行了表征与分析.结果表明,制得的氧化锌纳米粉具有六方晶系结构,纯度较高,颗粒均匀且呈球形,分散性好,平均粒径为41 nm;微乳液体系采用OP-10为表面活性剂,价格低廉,最大增溶水量大.

Abstract:Nano-zinc oxide was prepared by microemulsion method using inorganic salt as starting materials.The research concentrated on the influence of reaction condition and post-treatment of precipitation etc.on nano-zinc oxide.The structure,particle size,morphology and composition of ZnO nanopowder were characterized and analysed by means of TG-DTA,XRD and SEM.The results indicate that the ZnO nanopowder prepared by this method has hexagonal structure,high purity,well distribution with spherical grains and finer d...
