粉碎机锤片的磨损失效分析及表面强化工艺

摘    要:对烟梗粉碎机锤片的磨损失效过程作了宏观及微观分析,并对其易磨损部位进行了表面喷焊Ni基合金的强化处理。装机试验表明,强化后的锤片与原65Mn钢淬火回火处理的锤片相比,使用寿命可提高4倍以上。

Abstract:The macro mechanism and micro mechanism of the worn hammer miller were conducted. The easily worn sites of the hammer miller was strengthened by flame spraying and remelting Nickel based self fluxing alloy coatings. The industrial practice has shown that the service life of the surface strengthened hammer miller could be increased by four times longer than that of the conventionally furnace annealed 65Mn steel.
