HTC渗碳微机控制系统

摘    要:本文在分析国内外热处理微机控制发展状况的基础上,针对我国热处理渗碳的现状设计了THC渗碳微机控制系统。本系统以MCS—51系列单片机8031为主机,可实现三区温度和一区碳势的精确控制。在温度控制中采用Bang-Bang和PID相结合的控制方式,升温速度快,控温精度高,碳势采用模糊控制算法,并以连续可调占空比调节电磁阀的方式实现对碳势的稳定控制,同时具有功能完善的人机对话及报警保安功能。本系统结构简单,设计合理,抗干扰能力强,是控制热处理渗碳的理想设备。

Abstract:This paper discusses the HTC system of microcomputer controlling earburization in accordance with present situation of Heat treatment carburization in our country on the basis of analyzing the current situation of microcomputer controlling carburization at home and abroad. By using the body of the MCS-51 microcontroller-8031, this system can achieve the exact controlling of three-region temperature and one-region carbon potential. Furnace temperature is re- gulated and controlled by the PID-Bang-Bang compound model, and can be raised quickly to high accuraty. Carbon potential is regulated and controlled by FUZZY logic and by continuously adjusting electromagnetic value. This system has perfect person to machine dialogue function and alarming for safety. This system has simple structure, proper designation, and excellent function of interfere resistant, which is an ideal instrument of controlling Heat treatment earburization.
