| 摘 要： | 中国成功举办2008年"奥运会"、"残奥会"加速了中国体育大国向体育强国迈进的步伐,推动了中国体育的发展,高校体育更是进入了一个前所未有的发展阶段。近年来我国颁布、实施了《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》,在"健康第一""素质教育""终身体育"的思想指导下,全国普通高校掀起了新一轮的体育课程改革热潮,通过对普通高校体育课程改革与发展趋势的学习与研究,探讨独立学院体育课程的理论与实践研究,对新时期独立学院体育课程建设及发展具有划时代的现实意义。文章以云南师范大学文理学院体育课程建设实践为基础,阐述独立学院体育课程建设的总体思路、体育课程理论体系、体育教学内容的设置与体育教学项目设置的评价体系等。
