| 摘 要： | 对近年来蛋白质吸附的理论研究成果进行了回顾,对所提出的蛋白质吸附模型进行了总结,分析了这些模型的适用条件和局限性.指出了蛋白质吸附研究面临的困难和需要解决的问题.

| Abstract: | Several protein adsorption models,such as Langmuir model,simple particle model and spreading particle model,have been set up recently.In this review,the theoretical approaches and models that have been developed in recent years in the field of protein adsorption on solid substrates are summarized,the applying conditions and limitations of these models are discussed,and the difficulties the protein adsorption research are faced and the problems that should be solved are indicated. |
