| Abstract: | Through summary of existing statistical work experience in building energy consumption, based on two points of view whether the government reforms measure method on energy consumption and possesses professional statistical agencies, for the first time the paper evaluates the performance on the statistics of building energy consumption, promotes the long-term effective mechanism which makes statistical work of energy consumption better. |
