摘    要:针对目前铁路电务系统中大量使用的UPS维护方法不当,容易造成故障等问题,设计了一种集电压电流采集、温度采集、液晶显示、通信、实时时钟及双冗余控制等功能为一体的大容量UPS维护系统。该系统以AT89C51ED2单片机为微处理器,控制高频快速晶闸管对工作电路进行无缝切换,实现了对UPS的在线多功能维护。测试结果表明,使用本系统进行UPS维护可以有效地延长UPS使用寿命,提高了UPS蓄电池充放电能力和维护工作效率,节约了更换UPS的成本。上位机采用LabVIEW作为开发平台,具有维护系统参数设置、存储维护信息功能。

Abstract:According to the problems that the current maintenance for UPS used in railway electricity section is improper, which easily causes equipment faults. A UPS maintenance system is designed. It includes following functions: voltage and current acquisition, temperature acquisition, liquid-crystal display, communication circuit, double redundancy and large capacity. The system adopts the AT89C51ED2 MCU and Control high frequency thyristor circuit for seamless handover of operating circuit. It realizes online and multifunctional maintenance. The test results shows that UPS maintenance system can effectively prolong the service life of UPS and improve the UPS battery charge and discharge capacity, it increases the efficiency of maintenance work and saves the replacement cost of UPS. The upper machine used LabVIEW as a development platform, which function is parameter set and maintenance information storage.
