| 摘 要： | 通过对现有各种机器能力评估方法的应用分析，针对我国中小型企业中的实际生产情况，给出一种简便易行并具有较高准确度的机器能力评估方法，该方法考虑了产品质量分布中心与公差中心分布偏离的情况，采用实际标准偏差参数，并据此给出了现役机器潜力的预报方法。

| Abstract: | According to the applicability analysis of the evaluation methods of machine capability widely used, a simple, easy and correct evaluation method is given, aimed at the actual manufacture situation in medium and small enterprises. It takes into account coincidental degree of distribution center between the product quality and the specification tolerance. Parameter of actual standard deviation is used. An equation for forecasting the active service machine potential capability is also given. |
