韶关市普通初中教师专业发展现状与对策——以市第十中学为例

摘    要:韶关市第十中学教师的问卷调查与统计结果表明,促进中学教师的专业发展还有比较大的空间,教育主管部门及学校领导层面当务之急是:1.教育主管部门周密计划,切实提高继续教育培训效果;2.学校领导重视,创设良好的教师专业发展氛围;3.主管领导亲力亲为,为教师的专业发展搭建平台;4.有效利用网络资源,引导教师提高专业发展水平。

Abstract:A questionnaire survey and the statisticalresults about the teachers of No.10 Middle School in Shaoguan show that there are relatively large space to promote teachers' professional development, educational departments and school leadership level, among which the pressing matters of present status include: 1 education department in charge of careful planning, and effectively improve the continuing education training effect; 2 School leadership attention, creating the atmosphere of good teachers professional development; the 3 leaders personally, builds the platform for the professional development of teachers; 4 the effective use of cyber source, guide teachers to improve their professional development level.
