摘    要:悬架的K&C特性直接影响操纵稳定性等汽车使用性能,文章利用软件ADAMS/CAR模块建立某开发车型的双横臂式前悬架多体动力学模型,通过对车轮分别施加位移和力约束进行悬架运动学分析和弹性运动学分析,从而获得车轮定位参数在2种特性下的变化,为该车前悬架及整车性能的改进提供指导依据。

Abstract:The kinematics and compliance(K&C) characteristics of the suspension play a key impact on the vehicle performance such as vehicle controllability and stability.In this paper,a multi-body kinematical model of a double-wishbone front suspension used in an exploiting truck is established by using the software automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems(ADAMS)/CAR.Then the kinematics and compliance simulations are carried out after putting displacement and force constraints on the vehicle wheels respectively and the changes of the vehicle wheels location parameters under these two characteristics are gotten.The study provides reference for the improvement of the front suspension and the vehicle performance.
