摘    要:文章综合考虑影响深部巷道围岩变形的各种因素,并以淮北临涣矿为工程背景,通过现场观测、调研、取样和煤岩力学参数的实验室测定,建立了临涣煤矿的深部巷道计算模型;采用大型有限元软件ANSYS,分析软岩影响下的巷道变形特点;论述了适合软岩巷道围岩变形控制的耦合支护理论,并结合该理论和软岩巷道应力破坏特点,对临涣煤矿软岩处进行了支护优化设计,并对支护设计的结果进行了数值模拟仿真分析,得出对后续现场支护工业实验具有指导意义的结论。

Abstract:Taking Linhuan Coal Mine in Huaibei City as an engineering example and considering various influential factors of the deformation of surrounding rock of deep roadway,the calculation models of deep inclined roadway of Linhuan Coal Mine are established through the field observation,research,sampling and laboratory measurement of coal rock’s mechanical parameters.By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the deformation characteristics of roadway under the influence of soft rock are studied.The coupling support theory suitable for the surrounding rock deformation control of soft rock roadway is discussed,and based on this theory and the stress damage characteristics of soft rock roadway,the optimization design of soft rock support of Linhuan Coal Mine is presented.The numerical simulation of the effect of the support design is performed,and the results are instructive for the continuative field engineering experiment.
