汽车转向轻便性试验数学解析研究

摘    要:文章分析了作用于汽车转向轮的转向力矩,并给出了转向轮回正力矩和转向阻力矩的计算公式;根据此公式建立了汽车转向行驶时转向力矩、车轮转角、转向盘转角间的解析关系,并在此基础上参照标准推导出了汽车轻便性试验解析计算方法,通过试验验证了该解析计算方法的正确性,为汽车开发提供了理论参考。

Abstract:By analyzing the steering moments on the vehicle steering wheels,the formulas of aligning torque and steering resisting torque are introduced.According to these formulas,the analytical relationship between steering torque,wheel steering angle and wheel angle is gotten by way of a function.Based on this function and the related standards,a mathematical method of vehicle steering effort test is put forward.Finally,a demonstration test is made to verify the effectiveness of the method.The presented study is valuable for the future development of the vehicle.
