| 摘 要： | 社区建设是面向新世纪我国城市现代化建设的重要途径。杭州是全国社区建设开展得较早的城市 ,社区建设取得了丰硕成果。同时 ,社区建设还面临种种问题和矛盾。从人力资源角度对杭州市社区建设中存在的问题进行分析 ,并对今后如何更好地开发社区人力资源提出了一些对策建议。

| Abstract: | The community construction is an important way to metropolis' modernization. Hangzhou, being a metropolis, has made great achievements in community construction since 1993. Nowadays,the city starts a new period of construction.This article analysed some problems of construction on human resources in this city,and brought forth some suggestions for dealing with them. |
