| 摘 要： | 本文利用 Von桸eumann线性多部门理论来解决在现有生产技术水平下如何建起经济系统增长的快车道，利用线性规划理论来解决如何调整经济系统的现有产出结构问题，以及利用Robust调节理论来解决经济系统在快车道上运行时的系统调节问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper.with the theory of linear multi-sector by Von-Neumann. explains the economic system how to establish the highway of increasing economy under the present standard of production and technology, soloves the problem how to adjust the economic system of the prsent produce structure with the theory of linear programming and the paper also lakes use of adjusted theory of Robust to settle the problem of adjusting economic system on which moves the highway. |
