土地资源可控利用理论应用研究

本文在作者提出的“土地资源可控利用理论”的指导下,以四川省邻水县土地资源的利用为例,初步建立了土地资源可控理论应用的技术体系和计算机系统。提出了区域土地资源生产潜力的计算模型和计算结果,区域土地资源的经济效益分析,以及对土地资源的水土流失、受到的污染状况的演化方向的预测,使土地资源利用过程中的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益在同一系统中得到统一,从而使土地资源的利用达到整体最优化。

A Study on the Application of Land Resource Controllable Use Theory

According to the principle of our land resource(LR)controllable use theory and tak- ing Linshui County in Sichuan Provincs as an example,we have set up the technical and com- puter systems of the principle of LR controllable use theory.The potential production model of regional land resource was advanced and the economic benefits was anticipated;the water and soil protection and environment protection were put forward.So all of the economic benefits, the social benefits and the ecological benefits can be brought out coordinately in the same sys- tem,and the optimum use of land resource could come true.
