高校民族生思想教育刍议

西部大开发战略中,积极为民族地区培养和输送合格少数民族大学生是高等教育的重要任务。本文在总结和反思高校少数民族学生思想教育与管理工作中存在问题的基础上,提出了民族学生学习教育过程是民族文化的认同过程的观点,并从跨文化的角度分析了高校民族生出现行为偏差的文化根源,提出做好民族文化的研究是搞好高校民族学生思想教育工作的前提。

The Ideological Education on Students of Minorities in Colleges and Universities

It is one of the primary task for colleges and universities to cultivate and send qualified minority college students to minority regions,in carrying out the strategy of de- veloping the west of China.After summing up and rethinking about the ideological educa- tion and management in colleges and universities,this paper has developed the idea that the process of nationalities' study is the process of identification of national cultures.Fur- thermore,after analyzing cultural causes of nationalities' deviations in behavior,it points out that the efficient ideological education of minorities can only be achieved after a good study of national cultures.
