摘    要:面对世界经济、科技一体化趋势,随着我国改革开放的深入,国内市场与国际市场的结合更为紧密。怎样把我国企业培养成为充满活力的微观经济主体,全面参予国际分工与竞争,进入世界经济循环,这是名牌战略与企业集团化所面临的共同历史使命。那么,如何将二者结合起来,取长补短,促进我国从整体上搞活国有经济和搞好整个国民经济,这是本文试图探讨的问题。

Abstract:With the globalization of the world economy,science and technology,and with the deepening of reform and opening in our country,the connection between home and internation- al markets becomes more and more close.How to develop our enterprises into vigorous microe- conomic subjects and engage into international division of labor and competition?These are the historic missions of brand strategy and enterprise grouping in our country.And how to combine the two closely to overcome our weaknesses by acquiring other's strong points and activate na- tional economy in a whole?These are the very problems this paper aims to solve.
