摘    要:以豚鼠为材料,用苏木素伊红、硝酸银、锇酸、网状纤维、神经纤维、高尔基体、乳酸脱氢酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶、细胞色素氧化酶等染色方法,证实了毛细胞为耳蜗的功能活动中心。卜契氏(Boettcher's)细胞与毛细胞的组织化学反应基本一样。在亨生氏(Hensen's)细胞中有脂肪滴存在。螺旋韧带表面覆有假复层上皮并有血管伸入。

Abstract:This paper presents a histological and histochemical studies of the cochlea of theGuinea pig. The surface preparative technique was used in the preparation of the basilar membrane and spiral ligament of the cochlea. By using histological methodsof H. E. AgNO_3, osmium tetroxide, mucus, reticular fiber, nerve fiber, andGolgi's body staining and histochemial stains of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),succinic dehydrogenase (SDH), acid phospharase (ACP), cytochrome oxidase, andnonspecific esterase, it was shown that the hair cell in Corti's organ was the centerof functional activity because these cells reacted positively to most of the histoche-mical stains. The reaction of boethcher's cells to histochemical stains was similar tothat of hair cells. Fat drops were found in Hensen's cells. The surface of spiralligament was covered with pseudo-multilayers of epithelial cells, through whichblood vessels penetrated.
