摘    要:四辊轧机工作辊轴承不承受轧制力.理论分析和实验研究证实,该类轧机工作辊轴承径向仅承受平衡缸产生的平衡力.稳态轧制及空运转时轴承受稳定的径向载荷,咬入和抛钢时轴承受径向冲击载荷.四辊可逆式轧机偶道次轧制过程中轴承轴向载荷甚小,但奇道次轧制过程中轴向载荷很大.轴向载荷过大是四辊轧机工作辊四列圆锥滚柱轴承失效的主要原因.应增大轴承锥角以提高轴向承载能力,同时采取措施控制轴承座与机架窗口间的间隙,以降低轴向载荷.

Abstract:Bearings for work rolls of the four-high mill are generally free from rolling-down force.Through our theoretical analysis and experimental investigation,it is confirmed that the bearings for work rolls .on Such mill are only subjected to the radial balance force from balancing cylinders. such bearings are subjected to a steady radial load with the mill under steady rolling or idle running,and to a.radial shock load under steel nipping or steel ejecting.In the process of rolling in the four high' reversing mill,the bearings with the even-number pas.ses bear little axial load,but those with odd-number passes are loaded,greatly with axial force,The axial overload is the main factor that eauses the four rows of tapered roller bearings invalid.To avoid occurence of the fault,the measures that should be taken is to heighten the capacity for axial load by widening the cone angles of the bearings an4 decrease the axial load bycontrolling the clearance between the bearing blocks and the stand hatches.
