| 摘 要： | 提出了解决输电服务过程中如何进行合理的输电服务定价而使输电网络达到最佳的运行状态，投资及运行费用最小的输电服务定价方案，还采用交替方法，进而在定价机制考虑了网络的安全性，文中所述的方法能够做到；当需要回收所期望的成本时，通过改变输电服务电价中的参数的大小，进而使得网络潮流的流向和大小改变就可以做到，这些对输电服务定价的拓展最后用IEEE一个二十四节点的安全性试验网络验证的其有效性。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with methodologies for optimal transmission pricing and optimal use of the transmission network with minimal capital and costs.An alternative method is presented which makes transmission security comprised in the pricing mechanism.This method allows the rerouting of power flows with the adjusted price while recovering the required revenue.These novel extensions to the optimal transmission pricing are applied to a 24-node network for illustrative purposes. |
