厚壁筒内裂纹深度与动态应力强度因子的关系

摘    要:根据有限元法的基本理论,采用了求位移的方法,分别求解了具有5种裂纹深度的静止边裂纹的厚壁圆筒在同种内载荷作用下的静态应力强度因子,设计了合理的计算动态应力强度因子的方案,并分别计算了5种裂纹深度下厚壁筒在2种载荷作用下的动态应力强度因子,从而得到一些动态应力强度因子随裂纹深时间变化的规律。

Relation between Crack Depths and Dynamic Stress Intensity Factors of Thick walled Cylinder
Abstract:According to the basic theory of finite element methods,using displacement method,first,the stationary stress intensity factors under the same internal pressure are computed for thick walled cylinders with five kinds crack depths(6 0mm,14 0mm,20 0mm,26 0mm and 32 0mm),then,the rational plan of computing dynamic stress intensity factors is designed.The dynamic stress intensity factors about the five kinds crack depths are computed under two kinds internal pressures (impact and sine).The rule of the stress intensity factors of thick walled cylinder with the change of crack depths and time are obtained.The rule is of some reference value to the design and engineering of the thick walled cylinder.
