摘 要: | 用氧化物法制备了YGdCaVInAlIG复合石榴石铁氧体,分析了不同含量的Al对其高频软磁特性的影响。结果表明,随Al含量的增加,样品的Ms和居里温度明显下降,密度却有所增加。

Abstract: | The composite garnet ferrite YGdCaVInAlIG was prepared by the conventional ceramic method. The effect of Al content on its high-frequency soft-magnet properties was analyzed. As a result, with the increase of Al content, Ms and Tc were decreased obviously and the density was increased lightly. |
