| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业园区是一个崭新的城市空间单元，是带动现代城市经济社会发展的重要增长极，它的建设布局对所在城市经济社会空间结构的演变产生的影响越来越大．从作为城市一个功能单元的空间属性出发，认为在城市经济空间方面，高新技术产业园区建设对城市经济的不均衡增长、高新技术产业园区与CBD的分离、分园建设整合以及城市经济空间重组会产生重要影响；在城市社会空间方面，高新技术产业园区建设则会带来城市社会阶层分化以及城市社会空间的某些矛盾．

| Abstract: | Hi-Tech industries development zone is a new urban spatial unit and an important growth pole of promoting urban economic and social development ,the layout of Hi-Tech industries development zone has increasingly affected the ureban spatial structure evolution. Started by spatial atributes of Hi-Tech industries development zone acting as an urban functional unit,this paper elaborates two aspects. At the economic space aspect, Hi-Tech industries development zone affects on the unbalanced urban economy growth, the separation between Hi-Tech industries development zone and CBD, the constructing conformity of the subordinate Hi-Tech industries development zone and the urban economic space reorganization;at the social aspect, Hi-Tech industries development zone brings the differentiation between urban social class and produces certain contradiction. |
