金属超导小粒子的比热与随机矩阵理论

摘    要:用静态路径积分和鞍点近似分析了金属超导小粒子的统计涨落、能级统计效应以及转变温度附近的奇偶效应,得到其比热随温度变化的关系.

Abstract:The effects of the gap fluctuations in small superconductors, as well as the level statistic effects and the odd-even effects in the neighborhood of T_C are investigated by means of the static path approximation to the partition function, and the BCS approximation, derived as the saddle point approximation to the SPA. The transitions of the BCS approximation become increasingly washed out as the size decreases. Moreover, non-vanishing pairing correlations are seen to subsist in small systems where no ordinary superconducting solution exists at the BCS level.
