斜拉桥钢箱梁施工实时测控技术

摘    要:结合大跨度斜拉桥钢箱梁的施工特点,研究了施工实时控制系统的构成及其对施工过程的控制。在南京长江第二大桥主梁安装中,根据施工全过程中实际发生的各项影响桥梁内力与变形的参数,结合施工过程中实测的各阶段主梁内力与变形数据,以施工测模型,随时分析各施工阶段中主梁内力和变形与设计预期值的差异,并找出原因,提出修正对策,确保全桥建成时桥梁的内力状态及外形曲线与设计值尽可能相符。

Abstract:In combination with the characteristics of steel box girder construction in the building of long span cable stayed bridges, the composition of a real time survey control system and its control over the construction are studied. During installation of the girder of the Second Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, the system was used at all times for analysis of the differences between measured values of internal force in and deformation of the girder and their designed values. Based on the analysis, the causes of the differences are found, and countermeasures are proposed, ensuring that the state of the internal forces in and the contour of the girder are consistent with their designed values.
