掺La_2O_3钼丝的显微组织与强韧化

摘    要:以粉末冶金及金属压力加工方法制备了掺La2O3钼丝和纯钼丝,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射、电子拉伸机、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,对上述2种坯料及其不同温度退火后的丝材作了研究,结果表明,掺La2O3改善了坯料的组织性能;掺L32O3钼丝中的第二相主要是La2O3粒子,它能显著改善钼丝的强韧性能。

Abstract:Wires of molybdenum doped with lanthanum oxide(LM)have been prepared usingpowder metallurgy and metal working methods.The microstructures and properties are in-vestigated by using X-ray diffraction method, optical microscope,SEM,multifunctionalelectronic terision tester and are compared with those of pure molybdenum wire(PM).It isshown that La2O3 can improve properties of molybdenum wire remarkably.The final struc-ture obtained consists of an interlocked microstructure with large aspect ratio.
