多年滚动开发用多目标规划型生态经济发展规划模型研究

本文将待规划区域的国土按地貌特征进行分类, 以所得的各微地貌上适宜的优化型种、养殖业模式群为措施, 依据生态学、经济学与系统科学原理, 建立了待规划区域的多年滚动开发的农业生态经济规划的目标规划模型。在此所用的目标规划法, 更好的解决了生态经济规划中的多目标问题, 使得依此所作的决策方案的实施, 能够取得最令人满意的经济、生态和社会效益。并通过应用经济分析原理将时间价值模型融于目标规划模型之中, 增强模型求解所得方案的适用性及可操作性。

The Multi-objective Rolling Developemnt Model of Ecohgical Economic Planning

In the article, the studied region is divided into a series of small sectors with different geographical property. Under the principle of ecofogyl economics and systems sciences, we formulate a goal progrmming model for multiyear rolling development, based on the optimal planting and breeding pattern group. This model can be used fairly good in solving the multi-objective questions of ecological economic progrmming, and satis-factory composition benefits will be gotten. Furthermore, because the time value model has been merged into the above goal programming model, the suitability and operability of the model in the article will by increased.
