旋转磁场电磁搅拌数值模拟

摘    要:对旋转磁场搅拌凝固过程中金属液的流动进行了数值模拟,结果表明,金属液所受Lorentz力切向分量及径向分量沿半径方向逐渐增大,但数值大小相差悬殊;切向流动速度沿半径方向呈抛物线规律变化,最大值发生在0.6r0处,这种三维流动将有利于温度、成分均匀化的作用。

Abstract:The flowing mode of metal liquid in columnar mould stirred by rotating magneticfield was studied by numerical stimulation in this paper.It was found that radial force was much smalller than tangential force and can be neglected,the maximum of tangential flowing velocity was at 0.6 r 0,the maximum velocity gradient can be obtained in range of 0.6 r 0- r 0,this flow in three dimensions will be favorable for the homogenizition of temperature and composition.
