切削刃钝圆导致的鳞刺

摘    要:本文借助高频摄影技术对切削刃钝圆导致的鳞刺作了研究。通过对高频摄影所得的照片进行观察分析,描述了切削刃钝圆导致的鳞刺形成过程,并对刃前区裂纹的产生和切削刃钝圆半径与鳞刺高度的关系作了讨论。结果表明,切削刃钝圆导致的鳞刺形成过程可划分为抹拭、导裂、层积和切顶四个阶段;被切金属和切削刃之间停止相对滑动是导致刃前区产生裂纹的主要原因之一;鳞刺高度随切削刃钝圆半径的增大而增大。

Abstract:In this paper,the scale caused by rounded cutting edge is studied by means of high-frequency photography.Through observing and analyzing the photographs taken with a high-frequency camera, the forming process of scale caused by rounded cutting edge is described,and the initiation of the crack near cutting edge,the relation between radius of rounded cutting edge and the height of scale are discussed.The results show that the forming process of scale caused by rounded cutting edge is divided into four stages: wiping,lead cracking,accumulating and top cutting;that the stay of relative slip between the metal being cut and the cutting edge is one of the main causes leading to the initiation of the crack near the cutting edge;the height of the scale increases with the increase of the radius of the rounded cutting edge.
