| Abstract: | By using the identity of character sums and trigonomitric sums, and its estimates and analytic method, the even power mean of the inversion of Dirichlet L-functions with the weight of Gauss sums is studied, and a mean value formula is obtained: q≤Q(D(q))/(φ2(q))χmod q(G(m,χ))/(L(1,χ))2=(15)/(π2)Q+OQ(1)/(2)+ε. |
