浅议我国财政支出结构的优化

随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善，财政体制也开始从经济建设型财政向公共财政转变。因此，有必要按照公共财政理论的有关要求，科学界定市场经济务件下财政的职能和作用，并以此来调整和优化财政的支出结构。阐述了我国当前财政支出结构中存在的一些问题，提出了相应的优化策略。

Discussion on the Structural Optimization of Our Country's Financial Expenditure

Along with the continuous perfection of our country's socialist market economy system, the financial system begins transforming from the economic construction type finance into the public finance. Therefore, it is necessary to define scientifically the functions of the finance under the conditions of the market economy according to the relevant requirements of the theory of the public finance, and regulate and optimize the structure of the financial expenditure with it. This paper expounds the problems existing in our country's current financial expenditure, and puts forward some corresponding optimizing strategies.
