| 摘 要： | 采用常规根尖压片法,对胀萼蓝钟花(Cyananthus inflatus Hook.f.et Thoms.)和长鞭红景天(Rhodiola fastigiata(Hook.f.et Thoms.)S.H.Fu)进行了核形态学研究。研究结果表明:胀萼蓝钟花为二倍体,染色体数目为2n=14,有三对为中着丝粒,其余为近中着丝粒,核型公式为2n=2x=14=6m+8sm,核型不对称性为2A型,间期细胞为简单染色体型,前期为中间型;长鞭红景天也为二倍体,染色体数目为2n=38,有十一对中着丝粒,六对近中着丝粒,两对近端部着丝粒,核型公式为2n=2x=38=22m+12sm+4st,核型不对称性为2A,间期细胞为简单染色体型,前期为中间型。所研究的长鞭红景天和采自林芝地区的胀萼蓝钟花的细胞学研究结果均为首次报道,此结果可为红景天属和蓝钟花属的分类学以及生存环境研究提供基础资料。

| Abstract: | The chromosome number and karyotype of Cyananthus inflatus Hook.f.et Thoms and Rhodiola fastigiata(Hook.f.et Thoms.)S.H.Fu were studied by root tip method in this paper.The result showed that the C.infltus is diploid,the chromosome number in each somatic cell is 2n=14,3 pair of chromosomes were submetacentric and the rest were median,the karyotype formulas is 2n=2x=14=6m+8sm.,the karyotyp belongs to Stebinns 2Aof karyotype symmetry,the interphase nuclei and prophase chromosomes of it were found to be of the... |
