| 摘 要： | 以华北水利水电学院为例，通过对该校近年来就业状况和影响大学生就业的各方面因素的调查，根据统计相关就业数据，建立GM（1，1）模型，对该校未来四年就业形势进行预测，并对在校大学生提出针对性的就业指导，提供就业参考。

| Abstract: | Take NCWU as an example, by investigating the employment status and several factor which affects the employment of the college students, according to the statistic of employment data, build GM （ 1,1 ） model, forecast the employment circumstances in next four years. Bring forward the pertinency vocational counsel to college students, and provide the reference of employment for college students. |
