摘    要:本文证明了相对静止不是库仑定律成立的条件。同时也给出了相对静止的两个点电荷作用的一般形式。结果表明,作用力由“径向力”和“横向力”两部分构成,且在高速(速度趋于光速)时,它们的作用力趋于零,相当于“自由”的。

Abstract:It is proved that the relative motionless is not the tenable conditlon of the law ofcoulomb and it is given that a general form of action between two point electric charges of relativemotionless. As a result; acting force is composed of two parts of radial force and lateral forceTheir acting force is tending tcwards zero under a high specd (tending towards veloclty of liqht),which is equal to free'.
