| 摘 要： | 在刷镀镀液里加入稀土，探讨其对镀层性能的影响．结果表明：适量稀土起到细化组织、平整、光亮镀层表面的作用，并增强镀液的深镀能力，提高镀层的耐磨性．利用该镀液修复磨损越差严重的水泥制机变速器中的传动轴，取得了良好的结果．

| Abstract: | The effect of rare earth(RE) additives on the quality of brush-plated coating was studied by adding RE additives into brush-plating solution. The resultsshow that RE make the surface smooth and shiny, and reinforced bond, wearability.The good effect was acquired with rare earthS brush -plated solution renovation thetransmission shaft weared in the speed variator of cement machine. |
