Study on the Determination of the Payment for Migrant Workers＇ Pension Plan Based on Land Capital Gains

This paper introduces the current situation of establishing personal pension plan for migrant workers,sums up the relevant research literatures about establishing personal pension plan for migrant workers,analyzes the payment principle of the pension plan using the land capital gains as the references for the payment of the pension plan and using the grain production time series observation data in the period of 1990-2001 as the study samples,,and based on theoretical study and empirical analysis,puts forward some policy suggestions using the third order curve model as the prediction model.
